Entrevista
I had a first-round phone interview and was contacted the next day about Superday. Superday was in New York and consisted of back-to-back interviews with Associates and Managing Directors. I was a sophomore so I got mostly behavioral and fit questions. It’s important to know your resume and story well.

Tell me about a time you showed leadership. Why Investment Banking? What industry or product group do you want to join?
Went very smoothly. Gave me a case and walked through some technicals. The case was rather long but gave plenty of time to prepare. There are many interesting behaviorals as well.

Entrevista
The whole process is pretty standard. You have to do a test on your personality so that they can see your fit to UBS culture. Then move on to first round of interview which did take a pretty long time.
Interview process was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and some interviewers came across as disengaged. Communication was not very clear, and the overall experience did not reflect a positive or supportive company culture.
