After three weeks of speaking with someone once a week from Tyson - they ghosted me. No one returned a call or an email. Two months later I received an email that they decided not to fill this role - only to see that they closed this req and opened a new one. HR should do a better job, have some respect for those you put through the process
The whole process started in February with 4 calls, 1 on site, 1 final call (5 people total) and still no closure.
Of the 5 people I spoke and met with only 1 was on time for the interview. One individual struggled to use the the blue jean app they use to conduct video interviews. I asked for feedback after the interview and still have not heard back. I am assuming I did not receive the offer but overall disappointing candidate experience. This is especially sad as this was for a recruiter position and I was speaking with their lead recruiters. I wish them all the best but I wonder how this translates in their overall talent acquisition.
