I ended up having 4 interviews with this company. One with the safety manager over the phone, then a phone interview with the HR manager, then in person with the plant manager, then in person with the environmental rep and field plant manager. It was a terrible process and drawn out. After my 4 interviews I waited 2 weeks and followed up and heard they were still interviewing candidates and I would receive an offer the next day. The offer didn't come the next day, and 2 more weeks went by and I was in the process a total of 10 weeks. I then emailed the staff and said I was no longer interested. I felt like just a number in the process and felt like if I got the job I wouldn't be a valued employee.
