I ask for a conversation where they cleared up my doubts, talked about the company, ask me briefly about my last experience and job position, etc. So I took the test and two days later told me they prefer other candidates. How can you know how someone work with a single test? If you look for the perfect coder go to the Hackerrank top leaderboard, Github and other platforms; but respect my time. I encourage you to ask for money next time you have to go through a long recruitment process because this is not fair unless you finally get the job. They insisted me on and I thought there was a strong reason and I tried, but Twilio did not deserve my precious time.
