Spoke with a recruiter and then was scheduled for and interviewed with Senior Director of Engineering via Zoom. Allocated 45 minutes but we spoke for an hour on a Friday afternoon. We got along great and my experience was highly relevant to the role. Was told to expect follow-up interviews the next week, but instead, Monday noon received a "thanks for your interest, goodbye" letter with no further explanation. Asked the recruiter for clarification and was ignored.
