The process was fast tracked for me because I had very good feedback from the last interview I did. Generally, its tedious but I saw it as a chance to showcase why I am the best for the role. Its very practical and you are given interview tips and materials to help you prepare for it. I viewed it as a project and assumed they where my stakeholders. My advise is prepare very hard for the interview, do not take anything for granted, use the materials you are sent for preparation, be yourself, and most importantly be honest.
