The initial conversation I had with the recruiter for Talent Researcher did not seem like an interview. The recruiter did not ask me a single question about experience and took the entire time to talk about Twilio and the role. I was expecting a little bit more organization and to talk some about my background and what I have to offer but could not get a word in edge wise. I was asked to move to the next round but am a little put off from the initial conversation I had.
