Interview process is not consistent. If you interview with the Program Department, there will be multiple in person and phone interviews and recently they have added a project to the process - but again, this seems to change by the minute. Interviews are seldom conducted by direct managers.

Conducted an initial telephone interview, still awaiting word as to whether I will be selected for an in-person interview. The interviewer was professional and appeared to take copious notes. The interviewer allowed appropriate time for responses wothout interruption and clarified questions, as necessary.
