The process to get to the interview was slow. I was finally granted a phone interview. The person who interviewed me wasn’t even going to be the supervisor but the person I would replace. We spent 10 minutes on the phone they asked me nothing. Within 5 minutes of hanging up I got a rejection email.

Next was a mob interview. I met at their location and interviewed with five people from the department. They asked questions specified in the job post.
