Manager was straightforward. Spent more time giving me career advice than interviewing me. Told me he wasn't sure if he can pass me up to the VP because my LinkedIn lacked connections minutes into the interview.
From there I felt like I had to dig my self out of a hole that he created based off my LinkedIn profile.
Good interview process. They emphasize a lot on the culture fit and team player. Especially for Sales position. Coming in as you're the best and knows everything won't get you fare here. Besides meeting manager and colleagues, on the interviews you get a task on an enterprise account and are supposed to do mapping, outreach cadence and messaging. 5 interviews in total.
