I thought it went well and I thought that I engaged with the recruiter very well too so I was really surprised that I got ghosted after. I even followed up but never heard back. I personally think once you start having calls/interviews with the candidates, organisations should really get back to the candidates.

The call was mainly to discuss the role and the company. A couple of basic questions what attracted you to the role and the industry, why are you looking to change jobs etc
