Smooth and easygoing. First step of the interview process was over the phone and the conversation that I had with my new manager was very easy. Very easy to talk to. Second part of the interview process was job shadowing and came in very confident and took lots of notes. Felt like I was very prepared.

the interview was conducted via virtual interview. not long at all. offered the position on the spot. references and background check completed after being offered the position. very easy going and no pressure at all.
