After application submission about three weeks went by before I was contacted. First interview went well except they started interviewing me for the wrong position. Emailed to set up a call to discuss more questions I had and was pretty much offered the job and was told Hr would be in touch. HR called the next day and offered an embarrassing low pay rate without any negotiation. An almost 50% pay cut to the penny.
