There were three rounds of interviews The first one was with the recruiter, mostly typical recruiting introductory discussion. The second one with the hiring manager, very informative discussion about what they want and what they are working on. Third was live coding with developers

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three rounds: coding assessment, live coding, and a final interview. The technical part was fair, but the recruiting experience was disappointing. I was asked for proof of 7+ years of experience that I could not reasonably provide because a past employer no longer exists. Communication was inconsistent, and several messages went unanswered. The process felt unnecessarily time-consuming and poorly managed.
