It was a very thorough process of checking my current skill set, ability to present, speak with multiple rounds of interviews. there was a three-hour technical assessment round. the HR was always communicative and on shore partners were also involved in the interview process.

I had a screening call with HR and saw some red flags that made me not want to continue with the interview process. There's 5 rounds in total and for one of them, they want you to do a writing assignment in real time with a call before and after, too. I don't mind assignments but having to sacrifice half of my day (on their terms, during working hours) is where I draw the line.
