Telephone interview that felt more like a friendly chat, followed by a 2 person panel interview over MS Teams. Very nice process and friendly recruiting team. Standard questions, nothing unexpected

I got an interview via a recruitment agency, only had to do a 1:1 interview that lasted about an hour. This was more of a general chat about the company and myself rather than a strict interview which was lovely and made me feel very relaxed. It was a really pleasant experience and gave me a good insight as to what my day to day would look like and how the company works. Seems like a very sociable and friendly workplace. I had my interview on a Tuesday and found out I got the job on the Friday so a very quick process. I am excited to be starting there very soon!
