There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was a half hour behavioral interview, and the second round was 2 hour behavioral, technical, and job shadow rotation. The people in the hiring process were extremely friendly, and I felt comfortable in all rounds of interviews.

3 rounds of full interviews, with varying levels of workers the final interview being a 3 hour interview with 3 people with a 1 hour job shadow torwards the last hour of the interview during the job shadow you watch for the first 30 then it gets turned around on you and you have to start answering questions and suggesting what to do next
