The process to about 2-3 weeks. I applied 2/24/23, I received an email 3/3/23 to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview scheduled for 3/14 and took 30 minutes we discussed my resume. I had followup questions but the main question that stood out was “why travelers”… after the phone interview I was selected to move forward with the next round of interviews, this was video on 3/16 with the section manager and a floor manger for the role. It was an 1 with tell me about yourself questions, what would you do and how did you handle. I received a phone call on 3/21 with the job offer! Completed back ground screening a few days later!

Entrevista
Interview process at Travelers was simple and straightforward. The applied job is followed with an email containing assessment test (not all positions require that). After the application, a recruiter from talent acquisition team contacts you and sets a time for a brief interview over phone. That is followed up by a detailed video interview over zoom. If that is cleared, job is offered on condition of background check.
