Started with an initial phone screening with HR where we discussed the job, a little bit of my experience, and salary expectations. I then set up 3 interviews: 2 were with managers and 1 was with someone who worked closely with the team. They were all very nice and easy to talk to. They asked mostly the same questions, so I don't see the need for 3 separate interviews because I spent an entire day repeating myself.
