The Travelers interview process was very stream-lined and professional. Upfront interview with HR manager clearly established salary expectations. This followed with a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager and that with a series of panel interviews with other Travelers IT professionals. I was able to ask questions during the interviews and quickly knew that Travelers was a dynamic company with cutting-edge Agile practices that I wanted to be a part of. Learning and personal growth are highly endorsed at Travelers as well as the creation of T-shaped developers who have depth of expertise in a specific field but can also apply knowledge in disciplines other than their own. I am totally thrilled that I was selected for this Scrum Master position at Travelers and am inspired to do an outstanding job!
The interview process was very smooth. I had three total interviews. Each interview was with one single person. They interviewed each lasted about an hour each. I receive my offer a day after the last interview.

Entrevista
Had a 10 min phone Screen , within 2 days a 30min phone interview with Hiring Manager. Within a week a 2 interview was set up with Team Lead (1hr) and Remote Pannel interview (1hr). The decision was announced in 2 days. My recruiter Brianna was very informative and kept me updated with all the details and processes.

Entrevista
Had a 10 min phone screen, a week later a 30 min phone interview. About a week after my 30 min phone interview I was invited to a series of 3 interviews for an hour each. About 3 weeks after that I received an update offer. I may be off with the timing bc the process took about 8 weeks total.
My recruiter was very nice and kept me updated during the process.
