Interview process began with a phone interview with an HR representative. This interview described the position as well as going over basic information on resume. Next step was coming to the office to complete a 3.5 hour assessment that include basic skills: typing, listening, math, drawing conclusions. Once passed all assessments, interview with 2 managers in dept. Questions were largely situational. Once passed that part, interviewed with 2 adjusters in dept. so that they could answer any questions you had about the position. Then interviewed with HR rep in office, more situational type questions. Final interview with 2 additional managers which was done over the phone due to scheduling conflicts.

Some questions very easy. Others very difficult. Most important thing is to get through the easy questions so you don't leave any unanswered and then spend remaining time on the harder questions. Interview consists of a team approach with questions asked in the STAR format.
