I applied early April through Linkedin, the company contacted me at the end of April. The interview process involved two stages. The first one, was a face to face interview with the security manager which was really friendly and felt like a chat more than an interview. However, when I got to the second interview which was a phone interview with the US security top management, it felt really confusing, not friendly at all.

2 step interview process. Firstly with the direct manager. Then after this it was onto a telephone interview with the VP, 2VP and HR. The process from end to end took about 2 months. Very friendly interviews and more focused on what you could bring to the company in the long term, rather than just your knowledge.
