First round is telephonic then It's a 4 rounds process Written exams based on general intelligence Verbal with Reporting manager General intelligence with Manager Salary negotiations round with HR ...............etc.... You may get rejected on first attempt but they will call you later time, may be after 2 to 3 months to join on another designation

No process as such, they will stretch the interview. They will call you and ask you to wait. It will take your full day for the interview. Not possible for the people who are currently working with other organisation
