Normal interview process. Phone interview first, then subsequent face to face interviews with managers. The first face to face is with HR to screen you. Once you clear HR, you interview with your direct supervisor to be and their boss. Sometimes a member of senior management relevant to your job will attend. More than likely the President will interview you as well.
