First stage of the application started off with multi choice question then after a few days received an invite to video questions assessment. Then after a few months received an online assessment centre invitation. Gave us a package of information to prepare. AC lasted from 9am-1.30pm. The structure was a competency based interview which tested communication and influence, results focus and decision making and problem solving, then followed with a group task and finished with a presentation of my portfolio.
