I applied via Indeed or LinkedIn, cant fully recall. I got a email from Astin a few days later. She sent me a calendar access point to find 30 minutes to speak with her. She was very informative and gave me specific details on the role. She then informed me that she needed to have me take a predictive analytics test. She sent me the test and they were fairly quick to take. There were two of them. Astin let me know that once I completed the test she would let me know next steps. I took the test, and was sent an email stating that they will not share the results. About four days later, I got a decline email. What I can say is that while I didnt get the job, Astin did keep in contact and kept me updated unlike a lot of companies in the Chattanooga area. Hats off to her for at least being respectful to candidates' time. I did see that an internal employee got the role via LinkedIn, so I was at least happy to see that I got beat by a solid individual!
