Totally Pathetic, I was very clear about my notice period for 90 days and had it mentioned clearly during the telecon discussion after which I was called for F2F discussion on a weekday. I went there but the panel was so busy that they kept me literally waiting for 1.5 hours even though I was the only candidate to be interviewed. However after long wait , our discussion happened on all aspects including salary negotiations and it was said that HR would reach me for further formalities. It was a very positive experience with the interviewer however HR said due to my Notice Period being long for 90 days they cannot wait, then they should not even have called me up for discussion.
