Three stage with HR, First Technical with Team members and then final with Regional Managers and above. The major expectation in the process is to see if the person can go through the grind of the commodity market. Because commodity business is a roller coaster with greats highs and super lows. That one will need to navigate through.

I attended two interviews and I took one test with technical questions. The interviews were quite difficult with a lot of technical questions. I made it to the final stage, therefore I expected for them to call me and let me know if I'm offered the role or not. After two weeks of waiting, I messaged HR to check if there's any feedback yet. They just came back with a typical rejection email. It was really disappointing to know they would have never come back if I hadn't messaged them and they didn't even provide some personal feedback while I dedicated so much time preparing for this role. It seems like big companies forget about candidates being humans and not robots!
