I had a phone screen with a recruiter. She told me they respects my experience and wanted me to come on-site directly. I had to take an exercise with me they had me with on. I went there and met the director of engineering and an engineering manager. They liked me. So, I met another pair of engineers and a product manager. I showed them what I worked on as a part of the exercise. The next day the recruiter got back to me with an offer.
