Shortly after applying online, I received an e-mail to setup a short phone call with one of their HR people. After that short (~5 minute) phone call, I was invited to do a longer, face-to-face (over video conferencing) interview. They never actually confirmed my interview time, but the interview did indeed happen at the time I selected. After this interview, I did not hear anything, so I sent an e-mail to the two people who interviewed me. Instead of a personal response, I just received a canned, automated response from someone I had never spoken to.

I applied through recruiter. Interview have 3 rounds. 1. Technical discussion 2. Demo Round 3. Cultural Round For Demo round, we need to prepare the demo based on the role. It may be a demo on salesforce or a presentation of one of our existing project. Explain why the approach is taken, not just how. Third round is a casual meeting with the team. Overall it was a very good experience with lot of support from HR, who explain the process clearly and keep supporting us with constant communications.
