Hi there, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to read that you found your second stage panel assessment judgmental - in this occasion you saw a panel of 6 people including our Lead User Researcher. The others were chosen from across the business to reflect the range of cross-functional stakeholders you'd have to work with in the role, so there was a wide range of expertise in the room, all of whom have experience of working with UX research and are very interested in the output. In terms of the feedback, at TotallyMoney we really believe in the importance of constructive feedback and so every one of those people will have submitted notes. These were then compiled by the People team and sent back via the recruiter, in order to provide good clarity on why we chose not to take you forwards in the process. Unfortunately we don't have control over how this feedback is delivered, so its out of our hands whether or not it was blunt or displayed lack of understanding, but I'm sorry if that was how it was received.
