I was initially approached by a recruiter. We started with phone screening as usual, probably for basics and English level. We then went on with increasing levels of technical interviews, again on the phone and using CoderPad. It was going nicely until the last one. I never got a word back from anyone after that, not even a standard "we've decided to go on with other candidates"/"we may reconsider in the future" etc.
