The hiring process was quick and straight forward. The interviewers were polite and answered all my questions. It took around 10 - 15 days to finish all the process with 4 interviews in total.

The second screening is not an interview but it's a portfolio review, and they are going to dive deep into your design working files, final deliverables and all the other design materials you might not have in hand at the moment. They don't communicate this before interview very clearly so better have in hand a projects where you have all the materials from all of the steps (from research to final deliverables) and a project where you can confidently answer about all of the "why this, why that" questions, so again, this is not an interview it's a portfolio review stage. Also, some questions they asked were more related to branding strategist and brand marketing, so I assume they want someone who is more generalist. After this comes the demo task which wasn't briefed very clearly. The initial call was super short, I felt like they just wanted to check spoken English proficiency after that you have 7 days to upload some works in pdf, and they are going to spam you 3-4 times a day via messing to your linked-in, email etc to upload soon.
