I was reached out to for a phone interview by the hiring manager. We scheduled a time for her to call me. When the time for the call came around, the call never came. I reached out over email to see if we got our wires crossed. But it turned out she had been pulled into another meeting. We rescheduled, and again, the same thing happened. We rescheduled this call 4 times, before ultimately, I stopped hearing from the hiring manager before I ever spoke with them. This was a ridiculous waste of my time and super unprofessional. I know its a small company, but it's this kind of stuff that really reflects on a growing brand.
