Two Skype interviews with hiring manager, a team skype technical interview and a skype interview with the VP. It turns out that a lot of the answers I were given were not honest i.e. that the role was for an experienced thinker and planner when what they actually wanted was a "yes person" who was skilled at fighting fires caused by poor management decisions.
