Too Long! Had an excellent initial with the hiring manager but then it took them 3 weeks to panel interview 4 people, with no feedback given at any point. The panel interview was 3 45 minute stages with 3 different leaders and was mainly outdate behavioural questions The panel felt completely disjointed from the role on offer and the conversation with the hiring manager. One of the panel took 15mins off the interview and couldn't stop yawning, the other let someone pull her out of the interview and then seemed really disinterested in the interview. I haven't received an offer which I'm quite happy about, and have received no feedback which is disappointing given the 3 hours of time I've given in interview time alone. I would suggest they review their interview process as it reflects badly on them as a business.
