The hiring process was pretty decent with TMX Finance. I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager/team lead, then came for an on-site technical interview as well as meeting with the VP of Ops. Everyone was very courteous and the questions were all fair. I think that the hiring process at TMX Finance is fair and they seem to get in quality candidates outside of management.
