Interviewer was punctual. Interview completed within 15 minutes, Questions about yourself and previous job experiences. Interviewer was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Interview is in 2 stages, virtual & on the job interview.

The first interview was 5 minutes long. The manager described their work procedure and salary, and asked me if I had any questions. I was happy that there's a base pay, and the salary never goes below the minimum wage which is $13 per hour. I was called for a second interview and it was basically shadowing a leader at work all day (1pm - 9pm). The leader drove us to the area we were going to work in, which is nice. I was the only interviewee in the group, rest were regular employees. We went door to door (knocking doors of houses) asking for donations for organizations like Red Cross/World vision etc. The employees were dropped at their designated areas, and I went with the leader. The employees work individually most of the time; events and team work occurs less than once a month. The second interview seemed kinda tough for me since I'm not a fan of walking outside in the sun for hours. At 8:30pm, the leader picked up the rest of the team, and drove us back to office. We get out of office at 9:30pm. This is pretty much their everyday routine. I like their teamwork and the office. Their work ethics is good, and they support each other. The job is physically challenging for me, and that's why I didn't accept the offer.
