Hands down one of the best interview experience I had. Being a remote first company TD's employees have instilled the core values - inclusivity, transparency and value candidate's time. Emmanuel was fantastic to work with. From setting up interviews, giving visibility into the hiring process, maintaining the rapport till I was onboarded it was all great throughout. Excellent experience. There were five stages in the process, including four interviews. Everyone was punctual, respectful, clear about the opportunity and asked relevant questions. A highlight was the two-stage sales role play, when I had the opportunity to meet part of the team I work with today. When I received the offer, I told them I had recently found out about my first pregnancy and received a very kind response.
