Good company but unqualified hiring manager. I had second round interview with the hiring manager in London Tiktok and he was 10 mins late with no camera on for the entire interview, and asked me a few random questions such as: What do you do in your spare time? ( Which is very unrelevant to this job) . And included one racist question : I can hear your accent, why you apply Tiktok Overall, very bad interview experience, feels extremely unprofessional.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter and then directly with the manager, which I personally didn’t like because I felt as he was making me a favour to be there
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
