Went through an initial phone screening and then had an interview with the Hiring Manager and one other person on the team. The HM was extremely cold and disengaged from the start. The interview itself was average and not too difficult. I felt that they were looking for someone more senior in project management and because of that shut me down pretty quick. It’s apparent they are not committed to providing a good candidate experience because of their cold responses to me. At the end they did not even thank me for my time or offer a simple “nice speaking with you”. Hopefully someone else won’t have the same experience as me. My worst interview experience by far.
