Such a horrible company. not sure if they even have any ethics. In the pretext of arranging an interview, the company HR setup an interview call. Rather than asking any interview questions, the HR was asking the hierarchy and organisation structure of my current company, and the contact details of people in key positions and their linkedin ids. When I told them that I may not be able to reveal any confidential details, the HR was a bit upset and ended the call. there was no response from him later. I am not sure why such a company which has a huge world wide presence would resort to such cheap tactics and poach from its competitors by arranging dummy interviews with their employees and understand the organisation structure and key resources from the org for poaching. Cannot dream of even interacting or working with this company in the future.

Process: Total of 5 rounds: 1) Potential peer, 2) Reporting Manager, 3) Team Lead, 4) HR, and 5) HR VP. I progressed to the 4th stage. Interview was conducted in English. Experience: Rounds 1–3 were standard and focused on role-specific responsibilities and relevant experience. Round 4 with HR was straightforward, covering salary expectations, notice period, and a check on Chinese language proficiency for regional stakeholder management. Outcome: While I was informed a final interview with the HR VP would follow, it was never scheduled.
