At first HR mentioned that there would be 2-3 interviews for the whole recruitment process. Turned out that it would be more like 3-5 interviews involving different HRs and different users from different countries. Interview process took sooo long. One user had to reschedule one time. Another user had to reschedule three times. Extending the supposedly 2-week interview process to a 1 whole month and that's only for the second and third interview. Funny thing is, after 2 interviews everything went well, but once the third user came up, I barely just introduced myself and the user didn't ask me questions as she felt like I got in the wrong department in the first place. Meanwhile, I did not even apply for that position and was invited by the HR. At the end of the day I was referred to another position and the decision is still in question. Overall, the recruitment process here is very time consuming and may take months before you know whether you get the job or not.
