The first two rounds were amazing, really got along well with the HR manager and team lead and there were no communication barriers, I was able to understand the role clearly and felt that it was a perfect fit. However, the third round was not so good, it was with the head in Beijing and while, the interviewer tried their best to understand what I was saying. There was a huge language barrier, I could barely understand the questions so had to ask them to repeat the questions over and over again. In the end, it made the interview feel quite awkward and left me feeling quite disappointed in the interview process.
