Interview them self were good, had them all in the space of a week. Was under the impression from talking to the interviewees I had gotten the job. Didn’t hear back for a week, ended up sending a chaser in which they said they had given the job to someone else, at least have the decency to be honest to people who interview and say your interviewing someone else at the same time Feedback all given was positive too, so was kinda confused when they turned me down Was told from people who work closely to Tik tok that the work life balance is awful Would love to work for them in the near future if the culture changes, it seems to be a mixed bag of reviews when you talk to people even the people hiring me said the same thing
