A few days after I applied, I was contacted via email for a video interview with HR in LA. All was well. The TA coordinator, who set up everything was very professional and kept me updated. The video interview was professional BUT what was weird were the questions asked. It was like she was fishing for information. The interviewer was more interested in who I worked with, what vendors I used in HR, and what my former company processes were🤔 I had to be careful with my answer as not to release in-depth information.
