1st phone screen with recruiter then 2nd round interview with hiring manager. Smooth and straightforward. Overall I think the interview process was OK but didn't feel quite connected. In a way, I almost felt like the hiring manager wasn't particularly interested in speaking with me like she was just doing it for a sense of formality and that the team already had somebody else they preferred, which I understand.
