The interview process was one of the most professional I have ever experienced. I visited onsite at Thumbtack twice, both for presentations of my portfolio to different team members. Recruiter did not respond to initial email sent to input availability. No response after that and didn't even get a chance to have a phone screen, very unprofessional, especially given email was opened twice after follow up.
