They used an outside consultant as a recruiter. She was a total professional and I made note of her as I'd like to hire her for future hires that I do! She did the screening process and then finalists did a panel interview with the senior leadership team. The staff was smart and kind and human. In the end, they paused the hire as they realized they might need a slightly different role. This was disappointing, but I appreciated their honesty and transparency with the process.
