      Entrevista

      The interview process is quite lengthy and took several weeks (close to 2 months) to reach the final round of interview. Over all, I had 7 rounds of interview and below are some details at each round (all rounds were conducted on a different day): Round 1: Telephonic round. This round was majorly focused on the Business Analyst basis and how you have performed your role as a Business Analyst in agile world. In addition, there were lot of question on agile and scrum practices. This discussion lasted little over 1 hr. Round 2: In-Person. This is one of the lengthiest round (close to 3 hrs). There were 2 people in the panel, after introductions they started asking similar questions that were asked in round 1. In addition, they have given various scenarios and how I would solve them. Later they started drilling into my day-day activities in my current organisation and went into every aspect of what I have told. Then, questions were around agile/scrum - in detail and responsibility of each team members at various levels. After this Q&A discussion, they wanted to do a role play where I was asked to perform as a Business Consultant and they took up to be clients. I was given a scenario and then role play how it happens in real time that includes understanding current situation of the business, future plans to enhance business and revenue, get high level requirements, propose solutions, provide time lines getting sign off, budget plans etc. Round 3: In-Person. This round was quite interesting and haven't seen before. This I cannot say as an interview but it was more of a discussion on how we see society and our take on various social causes and current happenings in society/world. This segment of the company impressed me a lot as its very close to my interest. Round 4: Analytical ability - not sure why they have this even for experienced people. It was pretty difficult though. Round 5: Very much similar to Round 2 but they did not ask many question on general stuff. Majority of the time went on the role play aspect. Round 6: Management round. Very friendly and inspiring discussion. Round 7: HR round via telephone.

      The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to ask whether interested in the above role. So, I decided to give it a try. The interviewers were professional and the interviews went well. It consists of multiple rounds including- 1. Recruiter screen 2. Code pairing interview 3. Technical interview 4. Cultural fit and leadership interview. After I been through final round interview I was rejected although they claimed I did well in final round. The feedback given was because the company felt my experiences did not align with their current project needs. What was disappointing is that this should have been identified during the initial screening stage, as my background was clearly stated in my resume and also during the recruiter screening. Progressing a candidate through multiple interview rounds, including the final interview, only to reject them for an apparent experience mismatch feels like a waste of the candidate’s time. The recruitment process was also poorly handled. I only received the update for each interview session after I followed up for a status update, rather than being proactively informed. Overall, I would not recommend the interview process due to the inefficient screening and communication. Do not waste your time as I feel they are using candidates to collect certain data or doing market surveys through these processes.

      Good interview experience, fast process. > pair programming > system design > vibe check > offer Interviewers are pretty nice and easy to talk to. Was down levelled by the HR recruiter from lead to senior consultant.

      HR Screening- basic just to check profile matching or not 1. Technical Round- will ask questions related to BA mostly scenario based will be taken by any product manager 2. Case study round- they will provide a case study prior 2 days of interview and you need to behave give consultation about the problems and recommend solutions. will be taken by senior product manager. 3. leadership qnd culture fit round- they can ask anything related to social injustice and also how you have maintained the team what decision you have taken in different scenarios. 4. HR round- telephonic only just to discuss salary nothing else.
